When you use VoucherDocs, we collect the information you provide in the letter generation form (names, addresses, inspection details). If you create an account, we store your email address and hashed password. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited).
Your form data is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your letter. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Form data is used solely to generate your requested document.
Account data and letter history are stored in a secure PostgreSQL database. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we never store your credit card information.
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how visitors find and use VoucherDocs. These services may set cookies in your browser. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@voucherdocs.com.
