Free accounts include one letter type (NSPIRE Inspection Response). Paid subscriptions (Basic $25/mo, Pro $39/mo) unlock additional document types. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@voucherdocs.com.
You agree to use VoucherDocs only for legitimate compliance document generation. You will not attempt to abuse the service, circumvent rate limits, or use the AI for purposes unrelated to housing compliance documentation.
VoucherDocs provides document drafts on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of generated documents, including but not limited to inspection results, PHA decisions, or tenant disputes.
